Patrick was born in Evanston and raised in Northbrook. He took classes in Glenview and Northbrook, making the most of the Glenbrooks' outstanding public schools. Patrick has spoken and organized in Wilmette, Morton Grove and Skokie, building community power. Patrick, Jessica, Max, and Jack put down roots in Winnetka.
